Resolution
You should keep your fridge temperature set at 4°C and your freezer set at 18°C.
It can make your food last longer and help reduce waste, which is more sustainable.
You can check the temperature of your fridge by placing a thermometer in a glass of water that has been in the fridge for a few hours. You may need to do this if your appliance does not display the temperature.
Increase slightly the set temperature in the summer season.
The optimal ambient temperature of the appliances should be 20-25°C.
Fridges with scaling on the rotary selector
Important: It is not possible to assign a specific temperature in the refrigerator compartment to a number on the rotary selector, as the temperature in the refrigerator compartment depends on various factors, such as the ambient temperature.
The level on the rotary selector does not show the temperature at °C!
Level 1 means the warmest level
Level 6 or 7 means the coldest level
Level 0 means turning the appliance off
