What happens if nobody is home when the courier arrives?

Large appliances and parcels for small appliances and accessories 

Resolution

Parcels can not be left without a signed proof of delivery. Large appliances will go back to the distribution warehouse and may require a new booking if a re-delivery can not be arranged.

All large appliance deliveries to Scotland, whether an installation is needed or not, are completed by MCD. They can be contacted on 01355 266 683.
