1. Mix the milk, melted butter and egg in a jug. Measure the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Knead on a work surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover and leave to rise for 2 hours until doubled in size.
2. Pre heat the Air fry Oven to 200 Fan and grease the baking tray.
3. Divide the dough into small pieces weighing about 40g. Roll into balls. Place on an oiled tray, cover and leave to prove for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
4. Place on the baking sheet, leaving space between the balls. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and well risen. Leave to cool.
5. Spoon the jam or Nutella into a small piping bag. Make a small hole into the centre of each doughnut. Pipe a small amount of jam or Nutella inside.
6. Carefully roll the doughnuts in 50g caster sugar.
7. Mix the icing sugar and enough water to make a thick icing. Add brown colouring.
8. Spread the icing over the bottom half of the doughnut to make the Reindeer’s face. Add black fondant for the eyes and a red M & M for the nose. Add Curly Wurlys for the antlers using a cocktail if needed.
